What are the purposes of the survey?
EvoBus GmbH considers the quality of the service it provides for its Mercedes-Benz and Setra bus brands to be of critical importance. For this reason, it is important for us to know where we are already doing exceptionally well in our OMNIplus service network throughout Europe and to find out what we still need to optimize. Please help us by rating the quality of our service so that we can improve what needs improving.
Is the survey anonymous?
Your personal information and your evaluation data is stored on secure servers at EvoBus GmbH and commissioned third parties by the name of "PLUSPOL Interactive GbR" and is used by EvoBus for internal analysis. Your personal data is only passed on to Service Partners at your specific request.
Why do I need an access code?
Using access codes allows us to ensure that only actual customers of the service partners participating in this survey can access the rating system platform and to limit possible misuse of the system. In addition, entering this code automatically ensures that the correct service partner and the correct service case are selected. You do not have to select them yourself.
How do I get an access code?
You will receive one of over 300 million possible access codes with each invoice issued by a participating OMNIplus service partner when purchasing a repair part or workshop service.
Can I halt the rating process and continue it later?
If you entered the access code before its expiration date, you will have 24 hours to complete the survey. Should your Internet connection fail or if you are interrupted for some other reason, you can reenter the code and continue the survey. You will always be able to see how much time you have remaining to complete a survey.
What should I do if I cannot answer a question or do not want to answer it?
If you can not answer a question, select the "No entry" option.
