What is the access code and how do I get it?

To ensure that your answers remain anonymous, we have generated more than 300 million access codes and randomly distributed them to our OMNIplus service partners throughout most of Europe. You will receive an access code each time you visit a service partner, either after having had service work done or having purchased a genuine part.

When you enter the access code into the corresponding field and then log in, you will have 24 hours to rate your service partner for the last service that you received.

This means that you can be sure that we place the greatest emphasis on security when it comes to our customer satisfaction survey.
